prairie charms

Today's post is a little bit different to the usual outfit posts, I'm reviewing some of Prairie Charms' bracelets but it's also my entry into their Project Blogger competition where you get the chance to win one of their lovely gemstone bracelets but even more excitingly, the chance to design your own bracelet set to go up on the website. Additionally, without forgetting about all of you there'll be a special discount for you to use aswell!

Initially, I won one of these bracelets in the brand's twitter competition which was a nice surprise but I also decided to get involved in the project blogger competition and bought the black feather bracelet using the 50% discount for all bloggers, meaning it only ended up costing me £4 reduced from £8! Both bracelets arrived in a beautiful package with a pink bow which I loved.

If you venture onto the website, you'll see that all of the bracelets have inspiring names to them, kind of like life quotes given to each one which is one of my favourite things about them. This explains the image above of quotes that I put together - all taken from the website and all are names of different bracelets. I've included a crown and a feather image aswell to represent the bracelets that were sent to me!

The pink bracelet has a sparkly accent bead with a really pretty silver crown charm hanging down from it. The black wooden beaded necklace has a vintage feather charm and is equally as lovely. They're great for layering with other bracelets and the charms add a nice touch to them.

The most inspiring thing about Prairie Charms is that 10% of all proceeds are donated to the Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, 'Kiss it Better' campaign "so you can be a sparkle of hope in the life of a child." You should have a browse of all of the bracelets and see if you like any. You can still get involved in the project blogger competition, just get in touch with the brand as they're always willing to chat!

Apologies for how long the post is! Hope you're all having a nice day!
