LFW - Spijkers en Spijjkers and A La Disposition

 
Sorry that it's been so long since I last posted, it's been a really busy week after starting college and getting used to a new routine of things. But I have something much more exciting to tell you about!

Not long ago Milk and Honey were on the search for people to cover some LFW shows and to review some of them, and naturally I applied for the position with my fingers tightly crossed. A few days ago I received an email off them inviting me to attend a show which of course I was so excited about! On Saturday morning I got on the train to London. Once I'd arrived I met up with my aunty to grab some lunch and chilled out in Covent Garden before the start of the first show began.

Spijkers en Spijkers was held at Vauxhall Fashion Scout, Freemasons Hall in Covent Garden and made for the perfect first LFW show I'd been to. I also spotted a few familiar faces including Sammi from Beauty Crush and Camilla from Into The Fold. You can check out my review of the show on Milk and Honey's website here.

After Spijkers en Spijkers had ended I made my way to A La Disposition's presentation at the Royal Opera House which had some really interesting designs and shapes. When I left the presentation I was given a goody bag full of sweets and a Coke bottle with John Paul Gaultier's name on it! Again, you can check out the full review I wrote here.

Even though I only went for the day, I still really enjoyed my first time attending LFW and can't wait to go again. Massive thanks to Milk and Honey for the opportunity! So many fashionable people wearing the most amazing clothes!
